What should I put inside clear glass Christmas ornament favours?
We are having a late November Christmas theme wedding and I found a great deal on clear glass ball ornaments (144 for under $50). We are going to put ribbon on them for hanging with a tag that will be the place card for each guests seat.
I don't really want to put our names or date on them because people don't need to remember our wedding forever with a Christmas decoration, I want them to be able to just put a beautiful ornament on their tree.
But they are just clear glass, any ideas what to put inside them that might reflect a love theme and be Christmasy? I know it's easy to squirt paint inside them, but I don't want to do that idea (I did that at girl guides when I was 12).
What about putting in some miniature dried or fake flowers? You could even possibly try to find the flowers or colours you're using for your wedding, which would be a nice reminder for the guest without being too prominent (like names/dates).
