What should this desert be called?
i made a nice and easy desert about 3 days ago,but i can t find a name for it...can you help?here is how i made it...
1 eg, 1 kg white flower,1,5 litters of milk,1 cup of oil,1/2 jars of fruit gem,1 kg of white sweet cheese(cow cheese) ...
Using eg,flower,water, a half of litter of milk,i hand made,whit the roller,two huge backing blanket s,and using the knife i started to put gem pieces and cheese on the blanket...like this...1 round gem,one round cheese,then i rolled the blanket,and using a sharp rotter whit a handle,i gave my cookies a biscuit form,then,whit the rest of the milk,i cooked this cookies in milk,5 minutes while the milk boild...absolutley delicious,but how should i call this?Thank you!
I'm amazed! In the first place, I'm not sure I understand; in the second place, that doesn't sound very easy. If it's desert, maybe Gobi would be appropriate, if it's a dessert, then call it what you like.
The first name that came to mind was 'Veronica'; don't ask me why? So you could call it 'Veronica cookies' or, if you want to be posh, 'Biscuits à la Véronique.
