Putting together own customized circular barbell for septum?
I was wondering how possible it would be to put together my own circular barbell for my septum?
I am basically looking to recreate a similar design to this, with a gold barbell and two faux pearl screw-on balls...but for MUCH cheaper (this one is around a couple hundred) ....and maybe with smaller pearls.

I didn't know if I could piece it together using parts from other less expensive body jewellery??
Is the link below for pearl balls that will screw onto a circular barbell? It says 'threaded' and I wasn't sure what that meant, sorry!

Edit; the threading is the screwey bit. It just means it will screw on to jewellery. 
If things were made for the same gauge and they're threaded in a corresponding way then they'll almost always fit.
Just be careful with internally threaded jewellery because those are done slightly differently (the screw is on the end of the ball rather than the end of the bar)
