the are havng a lot of trouble cleaning the trash off the streets and i think it's about time we di the job they can't and form a group like they do in america for each estate ad get rid of his shit once and for all,if you were asked by a friend to join a grouplike this to help patrol yor streets at nights and weekends what would you do,it has worked in america so why wouldn't it here i for one would be happy to join what about you
If each estate in America has the community response that you describe, why is their overall crime rate so high? Perhaps you could be more precise as to where this success has been achieved?
Getting rid of trash "once and for all" sounds an attractive prospect but is possibly Utopian, are you suggesting death or a new punishment for anti-social neighbours? How would you retrain the next generation? Clearly all police forces rely on an observant and communicative public. Many would rightly perceive anonymous vigilantes as criminals. But perhaps you are advocating volunteering as a special constable? Does that procedure operate in many places outside the UK, is it declining in the UK due to the new vogue for Community Policing?
