That is an absolutely gorgeous dress! The earrings are very pretty, too. I agree with another poster that most strapless dresses look better without a necklace. If you decide to have one, do not go with a choker, it would cut you right off a the neck and would ruin the flow of the earrings and the dress. I would go with something that matched the earrings... check out this one:
